The patios, located on different levels, are connected by a staircase from within the laundry building. In 1860, the date shown on the entrance gate, it underwent a complete renovation, replacing the original flooring with hydraulic slabs, which still remain, and redistributing the rooms by emptying some walls. Stylistically framed within the Carmona domestic baroque, it certainly predates the period. Due to all these characteristics, its renovation and adaptation as a tourist accommodation establishment will transform it into a unique space, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the spirit of Carmona and enjoy a wide range of tourist attractions, giving themselves authentic moments of retreat and relaxation.
